SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We only ship from Ukraine to USA by UkrPoshta or Nova Poshta.
If you are interested in shipping to another country, you can place an order in our Etsy store using the link: https://textile4family.etsy.com
All orders are processed within 2 working days . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
DELIVERY TIME: 14-21 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING COST: FREE SHIPPING US
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
During the holiday season, please make your orders in advance, since shipping might be delayed.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.).
DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
DAMAGES
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at textile4fam@gmail.com
